 In respect and memory of the 15th Anniversary of the Virginia Tech Shooting

 

Governor Youngkin has ordered that all U.S. & Virginia State flags be flown at half-staff, from sunrise to sunset, on April 16, 2022, in respect and memory of the 15th Anniversary of the Virginia Tech shooting which took the lives of 32 people.
